This is because you installed it on a local server where there is no url, btw the new version should work on the local servers as it requires (includes) the feed parser file using path not a url

you are right, on localhost wp version was 2.3.1, but i have updated in 2.3.3 and there is this error

the cache directory is set on 777
problably is a problem of my local server, i use it only for test and not all is properly installed and configured

what is the errors you get after installing the plugin, and is your wordpress version is 2.3.2 or higher ?
